News World of Speed team racing trailer gears up for Gamescom, Subaru and Ford confirmed

Gamescom is here, an event that is often unfairly perceived as the second rate Euro-equivalent of E3, and we expect to learn more about some of this year's hotly anticipated racing game.
Kicking things off is a fresh glimpse of Slightly Mad's free-to-play World of Speed with a Gamescom trailer promoting its team racing mechanics.

It all sounds very DriveClub-esque: rather than simply finishing a race in first place, racers can collaborate in teams and complete objectives to determine the team's overall score.
The eagle-eyed among you will have also noticed a few unnanounced cars appear in the trailer, as Subaru and Ford join the ever-expanding car roster, with more manufacturers set to be revealed this week..
VVV will be at Gamescom next week, where we hope to take World of Speed for a psin and bring you raw gameplay footage straight from the showfloor.
