News DiRT 5 out now!

Codemasters have been busy beavering away on all aspects in recent months to generate awareness for DiRT 5. From the early and highly impressive preview build to the many smaller Community video updates showcasing every aspect of the game tested on just about every format, with a considerable focus on next-gen performance. With the year moving at an unusual pace it has sometimes felt like an eternity getting here, while on the other hand I often feel like we’ve seen the majority of the game unveiled before actually getting to play it, which can sometimes make it feel less special when the opportunity to play finally arises.

However, DiRT5 is looking very special, with lots of cars, locations and modes to keep you going. How much longevity and replay value there is we’ll have to figure out another time. But first, take the time to enjoy this explosive launch trailer below and I’ll be streaming Dirt 5 on Twitch from the week of launch.
