We've seen plenty of Project CARS on its home PC platform where it truly shines, but we've yet to see how it compares on PS4 in motion. Gamescom was therefore a golden opportunity for Slightly Mad Studios to showcase their baby to PS4 players pining for a serious racing game in the absence of Gran Turismo. We're happy to report that Project CARS on PS4 is very comparable to its PC counterpart, but there's still some plenty of fine-tuning required under the bonnet as the developers endeavor to achieve that magic 60 frames per second and further improve the handling and AI under the watchful eye of the influential community.
Alan was on-hand to take the PS4 version of Project CARS for a test drive.
