The Forza series is celebrating the Hot Wheels brand’s 50th anniversary year next week, with the launch of a new themed car pack for Forza Motorsport 7.

Set to be released on 6th November, the Forza Motorsport 7 Hot Wheels Anniversary Pack adds seven cars to the racing game for free.

Bar their anniversary liveries, most of the Anniversary Pack’s contents are carried over from prior Forza DLCs. The custom Bone Shaker hot rod was featured in Forza Motorsport 6’s Hot Wheels Car Pack, and the Rip Rod and Twin Mill toy cars starred in Forza Horizon 3’s Hot Wheels expansion.

In addition to the fictional cars, four real world vehicles have been given the Hot Wheels treatment: the 1963 Volkswagen Beetle, the 1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS, the 1970 Chevrolet Corvette ZR-1 and the 2005 Ford Mustang.

The full Forza Motorsport 7 Hot Wheels Anniversary Pack car roster has been added below:

    • 1963 Hot Wheels Volkswagen Beetle 50th Anniversary
    • 1969 Hot Wheels Chevrolet Camaro SS Coupe 50th Anniversary
    • 1969 Hot Wheels Twin Mill
    • 1970 Hot Wheels Chevrolet Corvette ZR-1 50th Anniversary
    • 2005 Hot Wheels Ford Mustang
    • 2011 Hot Wheels Bone Shaker
    • 2017 Hot Wheels Rip Rod

Though not included in the pack, Forza Motorsport 7 players will be able to acquire Hot Wheels-themed avatar skins. 50th anniversary overalls will be gifted to all players, and decade-specific suits can be earned by “completing in-game challenges”.

Forza Horizon 4-playing Hot Wheels fans won’t be left out either, as some of the Hot Wheels cars will be introduced to the open-world racer “over the course of several weeks”. The first of these, the Twin Mill, is currently a prize in a time-limited seasonal event.

The Hot Wheels Anniversary Pack will be released in tandem with Forza Motorsport 7’s November content update. Developer Turn 10 Studios has already confirmed the update will permanently remove the Prize Crate system from the title.
