News First render of iRacing’s Holden V8 Supercar released

iRacing.com has revealed the first preview image of its anticipated racing car, the Holden VF Commodore V8 Supercar.
First announced for the subscription-based PC racing sim back in December last year, the Holden is based upon the exact same car that V8 Supercars legend Jamie Whincup used in 2013 to secure his fifth championship title.
The race-spec Commodore will also (upon its release) give iRacing subscribers the chance to drive an Aussie touring car that isn't the Ford Falcon V8 Supercar that's currently in the game.
At time of writing, there's no word yet on when the Holden Commodore will be made available in iRacing. Judging by the quality of the preview rendering, however, it's likely the car is close to being ready for release.
