News DiRT 4 developer diary video features rallycross action

Codemasters has released a new DiRT 4 developer diary video where we hear from real-world rally drivers including Petter Solberg and Chris Meeke (who both contributed to the game) talking about putting fear one side to be be successful in the world of rally racing.

As this is related to the upcoming dirt racer DiRT 4, we also get to see some rally and rallycross action thrown in for good measure, you can check out the video below.

DiRT 4 is scheduled to launch on June 9 and will be heading to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC platforms. Perhaps the biggest stand out feature for the upcoming title is the “Your Stage” course generator which is said to give players an near infinite number of track combinations across the game’s multiple countries.

DiRT 4 will also feature Team Management, Dealership, Joy Ride, DiRT Academy and will see the return of the Landrush mode. DiRT 4 has day one special and steelbook editions, and the handling is said to be “closer to the real deal than DiRT Rally”.
