News WipEout Omega Collection releases on PS4

Today marks the long awaiting return of WipEout, well..sort of.
WipEout Omega Collection is actually a combination of three previously released WipEout games that have been given the remaster treatment: WipEout HD (PlayStation 3) and its Fury add-on, and WipEout 2048 (PlayStation Vita).
WipEout Omega Collection features all the tracks & ships from the above games which add up to the impressive figures of 26 track and 46 racing crafts. All of the included content is playable in split-screen local multiplayer, and also online where up to eight players can get in on the action.
WipEout has never looked better thanks to remastered tracks and ships which can be seen at 4K (ish) resolution on the PlayStation 4 Pro or 1080p on the standard PlayStation 4 with both able to run at a wonderfully smooth 60 frames per second.
Along with remastered sound effects, the Omega Collection contains 28 licensed music tracks which feature the likes of Swedish House Mafia, Chemical Brothers and The Prodigy.
