Many of you may not have heard of the upcoming futuristic Wii U racer FAST Racing NEO and you'd be forgiven too as there's not much known about the game to say the least. However it is the direct sequel to FAST Racing League which was released on the Wii shop in May, 2011. Below is the trailer for FAST Racing League so you get a good idea of what the racer is all about.
Developers and Publishers Shin'en Multimedia recently spoke with gaming site HD Warriors and when asked when we might see more of the game, Shin'en responded:
“Development is going very smooth. FAST Racing Neo is the biggest, and most beautiful game we ever did, and we’re taking the time to make sure that it’s also the best one. This Summer, people will have seen the game in motion.”
So not long to wait then for some gameplay footage at the very least, the game is said to run at 60 fps and with no F-Zero game currently in the pipeline, FAST Racing Neo should be one to look out for if you own a Wii U.
