Cel Damage is a vehicular combat title developed by Pseudo Interactive which, thanks to its cell shaded graphics, looks like an old fashioned cartoon and plays out like an episode of Wacky Racers. It was originally released for the PlayStation 2, Xbox and GameCube platforms to mixed reviews back in 2001.
The game was later released in high definition format under the unimaginatively named Cel Damage HD moniker. Interestingly, the HD version only released on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita platforms with no mention of the title landing on any of Microsoft's consoles, however it now looks as though that might all be about to change.
Pan European Game Information (or PEGI) have rated “Cel Damage HD” for the Xbox One console (credit to TheGamesCabin). Interestingly, the release date states “2015-12-27” which happens to be the day this article was written, a quick look at the Xbox Store, in the UK at least, reveals that the game is not yet available sadly but could appear at any time now potentially.
