Burnout Paradise fans, it's time to get very excited as Electronic Arts is seemingly releasing an HD remaster of Burnout Paradise for the PlayStation 4 on March 16th in Japan.
It's possible that there may not be an Xbox One version released in Japan due to the lackluster sales of Microsoft's console in the country. However, inevitably we will no doubt see PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions released elsewhere in the world if these rumours are indeed correct.
The original rumours date back to December when a Burnout Paradise HD remaster for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One appeared on Brazilian site GamePress, as reported on by Gamatsu.
No details on the title have been disclosed at this time, but we expect it will be a straight port with upgraded visuals.
Burnout Paradise first released way back in 2008 to critical acclaim, wowing gamers with its intense gameplay and open playground environment which was endless fun, and the title even boasted very impressive crash deformation.
Let us know if you would like to see an HD remaster of Burnout Para..ah who am I'm kidding.
