VR Karts Developer Interview

We recently caught up with Neil Wigfield Design Director at Viewpoint Games at EGX Rezzed to have a chat about the arcade virtual reality kart racer VR Karts.

Neil explains that VR Karts (available for the Oculus Rift) was designed from scratch as many of the elements previously designed by the dev team didn't quite make sense in the virtual reality medium.

The main focus for VR Karts is the online multiplayer racing, although you will find an option for local multiplayer racing along with the usual single player and time trial modes. Players can create there own unique vehicles and charactors through the game's customisation system which will help them stand out from other players online
