News WRC3’s leaderboards to be reset once new multiplayer server is found

Italian racing game developer Milestone has confirmed the online leaderboards for WRC3 will be reset, as the studio searches for a new server provider.

As stated in the official announcement on the 'WRC the Game' Facebook page (embedded below), the requirement to find new servers for the PlayStation 3 and PS Vita versions of the game means the stage times set by players will be wiped clean once a new host is located.

Whilst Milestone is "very sorry" for this need to delete players' online data, it does ensure the continuity of WRC3's online multiplayer modes for the forseeable future.

No time frames for when the crossover period between the old and new server hosts were mentioned in the official statement.
