We check out some retro racing goodness in the form of Ayrton Senna's Super Monaco GP 2 for the Megadrive (albeit being emulated on the Retron 5 handheld).
Originally released on the Sega Megadrive/Genesis, Sega Master System and Sega Game Gear in 1992, Ayrton Senna's Super Monaco GP 2 is an arcadey Formula One racing title who's development was aided by Senna himself.
We try out a number of races and learn just how difficult these old games really were. Graphically the game looks impressive for its time, we see the driver's hands on the wheel with the steering animations all looking good. The game also features quite possibly the biggest tachometer I've ever seen in a game. Check out the retro action below.
