Welcome to another episode of the Team VVV Podcast, for all your weekly racing game rambles.

In our most recent podcast, we discuss our expectations for Microsoft’s Project Scorpio console ahead of its specification reveal and how it could potentially provide a leap in graphics technology this generation has been lacking with the limited Xbox One and PS4 hardware. Imagining Forza running at native 4K and 60 fps with increased fidelity is mind-boggling.

Project CARS 2 also comes back onto our radars, but this time for the wrong reasons. While the quality of the reveal trailer blew us away, a raw gameplay video showcasing the Long Beach circuit was comparatively underwhelming. No wonder it got taken down soon after.

If there’s one game we continually asked about it’s TT Isle of Man: Ride On The Edge, but Kylotonn hasn’t even shared any game screenshots since its initial announcement. Eager players hungry for information no doubt rejoiced when the first off-screen image of the game emerged courtesy of bike journalist  Nick Soye. While there are still no official screenshots, what was shown looks potentially promising.

Elsewhere, we give our impressions on the WipEout-inspired Formula Fusion which was showcased at the recent EGX Rezzed indie show, and you can find out what it’s like to be part of the Top Gear audience as yours truly recently attended a studio recording.

Thanks as always for listening, and don’t forget to leave us your questions for the weekly Q&A.
