We’ve been waiting patiently for any GTR 3 rumblings for a while now, things have been so quiet in fact, that you would be forgiven for thinking the project might have been scrapped.
Thankfully, Simbin recently took to Twitter to apologise for the silence and to provide a provisional release window of Q2 2019.

GTR 3 will bring its brand of simulation racing to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. GTR 3 will run on the Unreal Engine 4 and will include dynamic time of day and weather systems, as well as an advanced damage system.
