The update we’ve been very keenly anticipating is almost upon us: the sidecar update for TT Isle of Man Ride on the Edge is coming tomorrow.
If going from two wheels to three wheels weren’t interesting enough, the update also provides players with three different ways to play: let’s explain below.
Option 1. Of course, you can simply opt to control the rider as normal with an AI passenger.
Option 2. However, bizarrely, you can also control rider and passenger by using both analogue sticks which sounds as daft as it does brilliant.
Option 3. Lastly, you can also control the rider and passenger with a friend in couch co-op.
There’s also support for online multiplayer on options one and two where players can compete against up to seven others.
The development team has also stated that support for option 3 online will be coming at a later date.
