News Rocket League: free space map & custom training coming next week

We've got yet more Rocket League goodies to look forward to with the announcement of the upcoming “Starbase ARC” update.
The update, coming December 7 for all available platforms, has a space theme (and is actually a homage to Psyonix's mobile title ARC Squadron) and consists of a new arena for no charge and a Vulcan battle-car which will retail for $1.99 or regional equivalent.
The new arena is an octagonally-shaped space station which is orbiting a desert planet in a distant galaxy no less. Once a goal is scored, starships can be seen firing lasers as they battle it out in the skies as planetoids float in the distance for that added atmosphere.
The update arriving on December 7 also includes the custom training mode where players can create edit and share their training sequences to help improve the skill level for Rocket Leaguers everywhere.
