RaceRoom Racing Experience: Macau track coming this week

Sector3 Studios assures us that the upcoming Macau race track will be coming to the free-to-play PC racing sim RaceRoom Racing Experience sometime this week.

The Guia Circuit otherwise known as Macau has been largely unchanged in its 60-year history, the 6.2 km track features many challenging turns coupled with big changes in altitude making it one of the more challenging circuits in the world. Take a look at the run-through of the track with commentary by Tom Chilton courtesy of Sector3 Studios below.

Sector3 Studios faced a big challenge in creating the track due to the sheer amount of detail around the track which includes many cutting-edge buildings. Despite the sheer amount of detail Sector3 have managed to optimise the track so that it runs smoothly.

The circuit is somewhat unique in that it hosts a combo of motorcycle and car racing events within the very same weekend. The Macau track plays host to Motocycle GP, WTCC and the Macau Formula 3 GP events.
