PlayStation 4 owners with a PlayStation Plus subscription can grab DiRT Rally 2.0 for free this month.
The well-respected racer from Codemasters will be available for free for PlayStation Plus subscribers on Tuesday, April 7 so make sure you download your copy before it disappears early next month if you don’t yet own it.
The inclusion of DiRT Rally 2.0 on PlayStation Plus just happens to coincide with the recent release of its Colin McRae: FLAT OUT DLC pack which you can currently purchase on the PlayStation Store for just £7.99. The DLC pack includes 40 challenging scenarios representing three decades of Colin McRae’s career along with 12 new rally routes through Perth and Kinross, Scotland. Finally, the DLC pack adds McRae’s Subaru Impreza S4 Rally and Subaru Legacy RS rally cars.
We reviewed DiRT Rally 2.0 where we described the title as picking up from where DiRT Rally left off by providing an authentic rally experience which proves rewarding once you get to grips with it. On the downside, DiRT Rally 2.0 lacks in rally locations and suffers due to a barebones career mode.
Earlier this week we reported that Xbox One owners with a Gold subscription can grab two racing titles this month: Project CARS 2 and Toybox Turbos. You can download Project CARS 2 on Xbox One with Games with Gold now until April 30, whereas Toybox Turbos will be available to download between April 16-30.
