It's no secret that racing driver Nicolas Hamilton played a pivotal role during the development of Project CARS, using his real life racing experience in his role as Handling Consultant to assist the developers in creating Project CARS' authentic driving physics.

To coincide with the forthcoming release of Project CARS Game of the Year Edition next month, Slightly Mad Studios are releasing a short film showing how sim racing encouraged Nicolas Hamilton to pursue his dream of becoming a real life racing driver and not let his cerebral palsy condition hold him back. He went on to participate in the Renault Clio Cup and British Touring Car Championship.

Slightly Mad have released a teaser for the short film due out in May which you can see below.

https://youtube.com/watch?v=B6VOsNHSJLI%3Frel%3D0 The Project CARS Game of the Year Edition will be racing off the line almost exactly a year after the original release on May 6th, adding an additional 50 cars and four tracks previously released as DLC as well as exclusive content in the form the Pagani Zonda Revolucion and Huayra BC (don't worry, these will also be available as DLC for existing owners).

Will you be getting the Project CARS Game of the Year Edition?
