Monza is our track of choice in our latest Project CARS gameplay video and we try our best to tame the McLaren 12C GT3 in wet weather conditions.
The gameplay is shot off-screen and we make use of the TeamVVV triple-screen setup, there's also the replay footage which is synced to the gameplay in the lower third of the video for your added viewing pleasure.
Alan actually runs wide at the once dreaded Parabolica on lap one although now of course it is paved over and presents very little challenge compared to before. Alan also comments on other little changes made to Monza over the years which take out more and more of the challenges of the circuit.
One thing missing from the dynamic wet weather conditions found in Project CARS is the spray kicked up from cars infront, it can be tricky to get the balance right as some games offer very little visibility which can be frustrating and then there's games like Project CARS which have very little to no spray which perhaps make things too easy and breaks a little of the immersion.
Check out the Project CARS gameplay below and let us know which cars and tracks you'd like to see in future Project CARS videos.
