Following the game's original release in September, Slightly Mad Studios has released the first DLC expansion for its racing simulation Project CARS 2. Dubbed the Fun Pack, the first expansion adds eight new cars and two new loose surface tracks, as well as new liveries and four new career invitational events.
The Project CARS 2 Fun Pack expansion is decidedly rallycross themed, adding the classic Brands Hatch Rallycross circuit from the late '80s and the fan favourite Circuit De Barcelona-Catalunya Rallycross circuit, as well as the Audi S1 EKS RX quattro and Citroën DS3 RX Supercar rallycross cars.
Further expanding Project CARS 2's are a number of iconic cars that competed in the gruelling Group B championship, including Matthias Ekstrom’s title-winning Audi Sport quattro S1, the legendary Ford RS200 Evolution and the Renault R5 Maxi Turbo.
Drift fans will also be able to get seriously sideways in Formula Drift champion Vaughn Gittin Jr.'s 1969 “Brocky” Ford Bronco, an insane 960-hp RTR Mustang, and a vintage 1966 Mustang designed and tested by Vaughn and his RTR team.
In addition, the Fun Pack also includes 17 vehicle liveries from five major esports racing teams and four new Invitational Events including a Group B-themed event. The Project CARS 2 Fun Pack Expansion can be downloaded on PS4, Xbox One and PC as part of the game's season pass, or purchased separately for £7.99.
