With just two months to go until Grid 2 goes on sale in North America, Codemasters Racing has – ironically, perhaps – revealed a new trailer that showcases the European side of the game's career mode.
Whilst the trailer (narrated by the business tycoon Patrick Callahan, Codemasters Racing's fictional founder of the WSR series that's at the heart of Grid 2) itself mostly tells us of details we know of already, such as the different types of race events you'll encounter in the game, there are a few new details that have been revealed.
For instance, we now get our first in-game peeks at the Paris street racing, Cote d'Azur road racing and the Algarve Circuit in Portugal, as well as a Time Attack specialist racing club called 'Divizero'.
The trailer also showcases a handful of cars that haven't been confirmed for inclusion by Codemasters before, such as the McLaren F1 GT and the Mercedes-Benz SLS GT3 racing car.
On top of that, Codemasters Racing has also confirmed the BMW 320 TC and Chrevrolet Cruze touring cars (the latter having been hugely succesful at the hands of Yvan Muller and Jason Plato in the WTCC and BTCC respectively) will also be present in Grid 2.
At this moment in time, due to IGN seemingly been given exclusive rights to the latest Grid 2 previews, we have no accompanying images. However, we will update this piece accordingly should they be made available to us.
