Milestone has released a new gameplay trailer for Gravel, to coincide with its presence at the Gamescom expo.
No groundbreaking new details on the title were revealed in the trailer, but the accompanying announcement did confirm Gravel will contain in excess of 50 routes.
As well as fictional layots set in locations such as Australian quarries and Alaskan tundra, an array of circuits will be present in Gravel, ranging from stadium dirt tracks as depicted in the trailer to licensed real life motorsports venues.
Though the split between real-world and stylised environments isn’t known at time of writing, it is known that Gravel will contain the Montalegre Rallycross Circuit – a dirt-and-gravel layout that’s used to host the Portuguese round of the FIA World Rallycross Championship.
Details on car content was even more sparse, though Milestone did reveal in the trailer previously unannounced off-road vehicles such as the Ford Fiesta ST rally car and a Dakar Rally-esque Volkswagen Touareg rally raid truck.
More information on Gravel will be revealed closer to the title’s official release in 2018.
