The latest official Motocross game from Milestone is now available for the PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
MXGP 3 uses the Unreal Engine 4 to push the visuals and sounds to new levels, and sees the inclusion of several different weather conditions for the first time.
MXGP 3 features all of the official tracks and riders of the 2016 Motocross Championship and also includes the MXoN (Motocross of Nations) as seen previously. Ground deformation sees a noticeable step up from MXGP 2: you really now need to respect the various grooves and bumps in the surface.
The career mode will see players start in a few wildcard races before being offered a MX2 contract with the goal of stepping up to the MXGP category as seen in MXGP 2. Rider and bike customisation has the usual array of options as seen in Milestone's recent titles, MXGP 3 will give you over 300 official items from over 75 real-world brands.
Two-stroke bikes make it in with 10 models to choose from. Each has their own dedicated physics, not to mention audio, and can be used in any game mode.
The MXGP 3 Season Pass is also now available for the PlayStation 4 version and retails for £11.99. Currently the “Credits Multiplier” DLC is available with the “Monster Energy SMX Riders Cup” releasing on June 29 and an “Additional Tracks” DLC pack to come on July 27.
