While most of Milestone's attention has been focused on Ride, many have been left wondering if we'll still see a new MotoGP game this year. Gamestop Italy seem to have the answer, as a product listing has been spotted by Tellmeaboutgames for MotoGP '15 slated for release on June 19th for PC, PS4, PS3, PS Vita, Xbox 360 and, for the first time in the series, Xbox One.
According to Gamestop, MotoGP '15 will release with all the technical improvements you would expect from an annual sequel, including a new engine and reworked audio, plus improved social integration.
Here's the official description from the preorder page:
2015 MotoGP season is about to start and the official video game of MotoGP returns with it. The innovations on track this year are many, and many are the technical and social improvements that the new generation of consoles has brought to Milestone. A completely renewed engine that will see its greatest extent not only on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, but also on all platforms of the past generation; a new audio engine, new real time lighting effects, a graphic detail never seen before in a game dedicated to the two wheels, as well as a richer and evolved online multiplayer that will ensure a stable and challenging experience.
Given that Ride's release is just around the corner and MotoGP appears to be rolling out in its usual June spot, an official announcement must surely be imminent. Check back here on TeamVVV.com for the full scoop as soon as we have it.
