Milestone has released MotoGP 15 Compact, or as I like to call it, MotoGP 15: Low Fat Edition, a cut-down version of the full fat MotoGP 15 game released earlier this year available digitally for PS4, PS3 and Steam.
Like the Compact Editions of MotoGP 13 and 14 before it, Moto GP 15 Compact is essentially the same game stripped of its career mode, leaving you with access to the Instant race, Grand prix, Championship, Split screen, Time Attack and Online Grand Prix modes. You can only ride MotoGP class bikes, but all 18 tracks and options included in the full game are available.
Of course, the main selling point of MotoGP 15 Compact is its modest asking price, retaiing for around half the price of the full game: MotoGP 15 Compact can be bought for £15.99/19,99 € on PS4, £11.99/14,99 € on PS3 and £6.99/9,99 € on Steam.
You can find out our full verdict of the original game in our MotoGP 15 review, where we declared it as "a serviceable sequel that fails to go that extra mile to move the series forward."
Meanwhile, next year's annual MotoGP game will shake up the formula in the awkwardly-titled Valentino Rossi: The Game letting you live the life and career of the 9-time champion rider.
