Many of you have been asking us when Milestone are going to start releasing their racing simulations in the U.S.. Budget and publishing restrictions have prevented the likes of MotoGP and WRC from being released outside of Europe. It's been a frustrating situation – but now we finally have some good news to share with U.S. fans of Milestone's games.

Milestone has announced that MotoGP '14 has been granted a U.S. release, making it the first ever game from the Italian developer to be ride on American tarmac.

Bandai NAMCO Games will be publishing MotoGP '14 for PS4, PS3, PS Vita, Xbox 360 and PC. US gamers will have to wait a while longer than Europeans, however – while MotoGP '14 will be speeding into European territories in just nine days, US gamers will have to wait until September to take a ride on Milestone's latest bike racing simulation.

"MotoGP™ has a rich history with Grand Prix events taking place in every corner of the world, so we are thrilled to be bringing this dynamic racing simulation experience to consoles and PCs in the Americas,” said Chris Gilbert, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at BANDAI NAMCO Games America Inc.

“Milestone has established gameplay and racing physics that truly cater to racing fans, who can look forward to an experience as close to the real thing as

“We’re glad about the chance to bring MotoGP™14 experience to Americas. Thanks to the  partnership with Bandai Namco Games America Inc. will ensure a high quality two-wheels’ touch to Americas’ players”, affirms Marco Micallef, Sales and Marketing Director Milestone s.r.l..

It's been a long wait, but if MotoGP '14 sells well in the US then this is hopefully a sign of things to come as Milestone branch out into other territories.
