After teasing us for many months with screenshots and tantalising trailers, developer Artefacts Studio has finally shown off the first gameplay footage of their upcoming arcade bike racer Moto Racer 4 in a new Gamescom trailer.
The trailer showcases some of the locations we can look forward to tearing up, from traffic-filled highways and dirt tracks, to desert dunes filled with jumps providing plenty of stunt opportuniites.
We also learn from the trailer that Moto Racer 4 has suffered a small delay. Originally due for release October 13th, Moto Racer 4 will now be riding onto PC, PS4 and Xbox One November 3rd. Probably just as well, considering that October is already overrun with bike racing games with Ride 2 and Road Redemption releasing within weeks of each other.
As DriveClub Bikes proved, there's certainly room in the bike racing market for a fun arcade racer, particularly as the genre is currently dominated by Milestone's bike racing simulations.
Speaking of which, that final artwork in the trailer looks familiar…
