Following the extortionate Valentino Rossi: The Game Collectors Edition, Moto Racer 4 is the latest racing game to get the special edition treatment – except this one isn't as pricey.
Retailing for £49.99 on Amazon (currently the only retailer I could find that are selling it), the Moto Racer 4 Deluxe Edition includes a nice looking steelbook with custom artwork, plus an obligatory season pass for all upcoming content, a 20th anniversary commemorative medal and exclusive DLC including an extra rider and motorcycle, two horns and one sticker. The Deluxe Edition only appears to be available for PS4, however.
Developed by Microïds in partnership with series creator Paul Cuisset, Moto Racer 4 brings the series back to its arcade action roots, combining motorcross and road bike racing with over 100 freestyle and speed challenges, bike and rider customisation and no less than 15 game modes .
Moto Racer 4 is also compatible with the PlayStation VR headset, making it the first, and currently the only, PS4 bike racing game playable in VR.
Moto Racer 4 is due to land on PS4, Xbox One and PC on November 4th. Considering the game is being released in just over a week, surprisingly little has been shown of it – even the latest gameplay trailer shows old gameplay footage which you can watch below.
