News More Group 5 racing cars coming to RaceRoom Racing Experience

RaceRoom Racing Experience (R3E) developer Sector3 Studios has revealed more Group 5 era racing cars will be coming to the free-to-play PC sim.
First mentioned on the official Sector3 forums, the announcement also included work-in-progress previews of one of R3E's upcoming Group 5 racers: the Fabcar-developed Porsche 935, as run by Bob Akin Racing during the 1983 and 1984 IMSA GT Championships.
With power of the real car in period racing trim rated at approximately 800bhp, the Fabcar 935 is highly likely to be faster than the two Group 5 racing cars currently in R3E: the BMW 320 Turbo and Ford Zakspeed Capri.
According to Sector3, the Fabcar 935 "still requires some tweaks" before all development work is completed, suggesting an imminent release date for the potent racing car in R3E.
