Italian developer Milestone has today released a developer diary (seen below) for Monster Energy Supercross – The Official Videogame which gives us a look behind the scenes.
Monster Energy Supercross features all the official Supercross tracks which were painstakingly recreated using photogrammetry techniques which provide authentic results.
The same level of detail has been applied to the official riders too who are all 3D scanned. Furthermore, Milestone are paying attention to the presentation of the motorsport using authentic-looking podium scenes and video presentations to capture the essence of Supercross. Check out the dev diary below.
Monster Energy Supercross – The Official Videogame features the official 2017 Monster Energy Supercross season, as well as the official bikes, tracks, and riders from the 250SX and 450SX classes including Chad Reed, Ken Roczen and reigning champ Ryan Dungey.
The career mode will allow you to customise both rider and bike, and the officially licensed racer features a powerful track editor where players can create, customise and share their own tracks.
Monster Energy Supercross – The Official Videogame will be made available on February 13 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch.
