Turn 10 Studios has announced another new DLC addition for Forza Motorsport 5: the Long Beach street circuit.
An all-new motorsports location for the Forza Motorsport franchise, the Long Beach track becomes the second free track add-on for FM5, after Road America's inclusion in the game earlier this year in February.
Three versions of the fabled Indycar venue will be included in the add-on bundle: the full eleven-corner, 1.97 mile-long grand prix venue, the less technical East Loop and the half mile-long West Loop.
Just as what happened with the Road America DLC, the Long Beach street circuit will be heavily integrated into Forza Motorsport 5's various game types, ranging from single-player events, tailored Rivals challenges and access in online multiplayer lobbies.
A Long Beach Booster Car Pack will also be bundled with the Long Beach add-on free of charge for all Forza Motorsport 5 Car Pass holders, which will add the following five cars to the Xbox One-exclusive racing game:
- 1956 Jaguar D-Type
- 1971 Ferrari 312P
- 1974 Lancia Stratos HF Stradale
- 1977 Ford Coyote Gilmore77
- 1998 Mercedes-Benz CLK GTR
The Long Beach Free Add-On pack and the Long Beach Booster Car Pack will be made available on the Xbox Games Store marketplace from April 10th 2014.
