The very latest GRID gameplay videos from E3 2019 have emerged giving us a look at the Brands Hatch track in action.

A total of two videos have been released by Codemasters showing us the Porsche RSR and Chevrolet Corvette racing cars tearing up the challenging UK-based circuit at sunset coating the whole scene in a blanket of orange light.

Take a look at the two new GRID gameplay videos below.

In a similar vein to GRID Autosport before it, the new GRID title aims to offer players an accessible-yet-authentic racing experience which incorporates both permanent racing tracks as well as street circuits across a wide range of racing disciplines including GT, Touring, Stock, Muscle, Super-Modified, and more.

GRID’s career mode will take some cues from Project CARS with its accolades system which rewards player progress with cards, and milestones. The career mode culminates with a head-to-head battle against Fernando Alonso in his championship-winning Renault R26 F1 car no less. Alonso’s FA Racing esports team will be represented in GRID and the icon himself is assisting Codemasters as a “Race Consultant”.

GRID will hit the track on September 13 2019, across the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

Great to see a proper race track – as I am not a big fan of the city tracks. I wish they would show more in-car views instead of the swingman cam all the time though.

Thanks for the view that arcade driving games are not the pest of the century. I totally agree, and Grid, the original game, was amazingly immersive imo. I also have both Grid 2 and -Autosport, and like both a lot. So I look forward to this title as well of course.
