The recent announcement of DiRT 4 was certainly a surprise given the fact that Codemasters’ latest release was also dirt related. We’ve scoured the internet and have come up with all the latest screenshots (seen below) for the title which is due out on June 9 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
DiRT 4 seems to be very much a continuation of the long running DiRT series rather than anything close to resembling the sim-focused DiRT Rally. So far 50 off-road vehicles including the Ford Fiesta R5, Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI, Subaru WRX WTI NR4 and the Audi Sport Quattro S1 E2 have been confirmed.
One complaint we had with DiRT Rally was the lack of locations, sadly DiRT 4 seems to continue that trend with only five locations included. Players can expect to tear up Australia, Spain, Sweden, Michigan and Wales. DiRT 4 expands on DiRT Rally’s rallycross offerings with two additional tracks of Motalegre and Loheac Bretagne which join the likes of Hell, Holjes and Lydden Hill as seen in DiRT Rally.
You can view the very latest screenshots of DiRT 4 below which showcases some of the aforementioned locations and cars.
