Microsoft has released the first snippets of info about the Forza Motorsport franchise's inaugural next-gen DLC content: the LaFerrari Car Pack.
As the bundle's name suggests, the pack in question stars the LaFerrari, the latest in a long line of high-tech mid-engined supercars from Ferrari and a direct rival to
No price details for the LaFerrari Car Pack were released, but Microsoft has confirmed this DLC will be available to buy as soon as the game launches on November 22nd, and is covered in the game's 'Car Pass' incentive scheme.
Speaking of the game's season pass setup, Microsoft's also revealed the retail price for the Car Pass to be $49.99 in the US. Whilst those who opt for the Car Pass will in effect be doubling the retail price of Forza Motorsport 5, the official statement states that customers who intend to buy all of the DLC for the Xbox One launch game will net an 18% saving over buying all the eventual car packs over the next six months individually.
