News IndyCar content hinted for Forza Motorsport 7

A new batch of IndyCar-themed content is seemingly coming to Forza Motorsport 7 later this month.
In a ‘Forza Monthly’ promo image posted on the official Forza Motorsport Twitter feed, the Brawner-Ford Hawk III asymmetric single-seater can clearly be seen; all-but-confirming the car will be soon be added to Forza Motorsport 7.

Equally noteworthy is the oval racer’s new livery design. Instead of the bright orange paintwork the car wore in the period, it’s now sporting a black-and-gold colour scheme and ’50’ decals – likely a tribute to Mario Andretti, who secured his sole Indy 500 victory in 1969 behind the wheel of a Brawner-Ford Mark III.
It appears other Indy racers will be joining the Brawner-Ford, too. When zooming in on the Forza Monthly pic, it’s possible to make out what appears to be the Dallara IR18 as raced by Scott Dixon for the Chip Ganassi team in the 2018 IndyCar Series.
Strengthening the contemporary IndyCar connection is the guest on the upcoming Forza Monthly broadcast: the IndyCar driver Conor Daly, who’ll be racing for the Andretti Autosport team at this year’s Indy 500 race.
Pending future teases or any content leaks, more details on Forza Motorsport 7’s possible new IndyCar content will be disclosed in full during next week’s Forza Monthly stream on 7th May.
