News Horizon Chase Turbo demo available for PS4

A free PS4 demo of Horizon Chase Turbo is now available on the PlayStation Store.

Horizon Chase is very much inspired by 16-bit racers of yesteryear with its choice of visuals and audio but is brought up to modern standards with tight controls and precision gameplay.

The free demo gives players access to around 30 minutes of content as seen below.

• 8 circuits
• 3 cars
• Multiplayer mode with split-screen for up to 4 players
• 2 Game Modes (World Tour and Tournament)

A demo is also available on Steam where you’ll find the title with a 30% discount until tomorrow, Tuesday 23 October.

The retro-inspired game features an extensive single-player world tour campaign, tournaments, endurance challenges and more than 30 vehicles across over 100 (!) tracks, which will see you racing across the globe.

“We created Horizon Chase Turbo to be the racing game we wanted to play, hitting the sweet spot between true-to-life simulators and chaotic, explosive kart racers,” said Aquiris Studio Game Designer, Felipe Dal Molin. “With Horizon Chase Turbo, we want players to feel the nostalgic tension of the simple tug-of-war of a tight turn; where players are run off-road for a split second only to return to intense high-speed action as they overtake and battle against friends playing together on the couch or via the online ghost mode.”
