Gran Turismo Sport‘s June update is finally here and its a fairly big one.

Today’s update adds a total of five new cars, the Sardegna Road track, and the usual array of additional GT League events along with extra Circuit Experience and Scapes content.

Update 1.40 adds an interesting mix of cars which span five different racing classes. Classic Toyota fans are catered for with the Sports 800 – a car that has been in several previous Gran Turismo titles, whereas those looking for out and out speed, will be happy to see the bonkers Red bull X2019 feature.

Take a look at the five new machines below:

  • Chevrolet Camaro Z28 ’69 (N300)
  • Toyota Tundra TRD Pro ’19 (N400)
  • Toyota Sports 800 ’65 (N100)
  • Renault Sport Clio V6 24V ’00 (N200)
  • Gran Turismo Red Bull X2019 Competition (Gr.X)

Gran Turismo Sport’s track count will grow bigger today thanks to the inclusion of the Sardegna Road Track. The circuit, which consists of closed public roads, features 15 corners, a longest straight of 915 metres, an elevation change of 38 metres and has a total length of 5,113 metres. Besides the main circuit, ‘A’, two shorter versions, the 3,893m ‘B’, and 2,661m ‘C’ layouts also feature.

Elsewhere, we have the usual array of smaller updates including the obligatory new bespoke GT League event. This month’s new event features the silly quick X2019 car.
