I believe it's fair to say that we expected to see a firm release date for GT Sport at E3, however we were instead met with a release window of “Autumn 2017”.
However, only a matter of days later, we may have stumbled across the actual release date thanks to the Official PlayStation Magazine UK.
On page fourteen of the very latest issue, (July No. 137) it states that GT Sport will release on November 16. Of course we've had a number of rumours floating about this year regarding GT Sport, however as this is an official PlayStation magazine, it certainly lends weight to the date.
Let us know in the comments if you believe that this date is true, and why not let us know how you think it will stack up against other big racers coming out before the end of the year.
We of course expect to see Thrustmaster's upcoming T-GT force feedback racing wheel to launch around the release of GT Sport, so it could well be in November if this new date is to be believed.
An E3 trailer for Gran Turismo Sport was recently released showcasing the theme music for the title and some newly revealed cars such as racing variants of the Honda NSX, Lamborghini Huracan, and Dodge Viper which you can view below.
