Gran Turismo Sport‘s very latest update is coming tomorrow, January 17, 2019, bringing eight new cars to the racing title along with the Special Stage Route X track.

The eight cars coming in tomorrow’s update have a definite racy vibe with cars such as the Ferrari Dino 246 GT and Shelby GT350 featuring, not to mention the arrival of British manufacturer TVR debuting in Gran Turismo Sport with the TVR Tuscan Speed 6.

  • Aston Martin DB3S CN.1 1953 (Gr.X)
  • BMW Z8 2001 (N400)
  • Ferrari Dino 246 GT 1971 (N300)
  • Honda Integra Type R (DC2) 1998 (N200)
  • Nissan Fairlady Z Version S (Z33) 2007 (N300)
  • Porsche 356 A/1500 GS GT Carrera Speedster 1956 (N100)
  • Shelby G.T.350 1965 (N300)
  • TVR Tuscan Speed 6 2000 (N400)

The incredibly high-speed Special Route X track will see its return to Gran Turismo after debuting in Gran Turismo 5 on the PlayStation 3 console. The track consists of a 30km long oval-shaped stretch of road boasting two 12km straights and two banked corners giving you the perfect opportunity to test your car’s top speed.

The January update for Gran Turismo sport will also bring about a new array of GT League events as listed below:

  • Beginner League

Z Heritage
The ‘Z’-only event for Nissan’s iconic front-engine rear-wheel drive sports cars, with its flowing body and high power engine.

2 additional rounds will be added to ‘Stars & Stripes’.

  • Amateur League

2 additional rounds will be added to the ‘Vision Gran Turismo Trophy’.

  • Professional League

2 additional rounds will be added to the ‘X2014 Nations Cup’.

  • Endurance League

1 additional round will be added to the ‘Gr. 1 Prototype Endurance Series’.

Besides the new tracks, cars and GT League events, update 1.32 will also see the “Tokyo Expressway – south Inner Loop” added to the Circuit Experience mode and you will also see a new special featured section in Scapes mode entitled “‘Cambridge – A city of cutting edge science”.

Gran Turismo Sport developer Polphony has also stated there will be various other features, improvements and fixes implemented in this update.
