News Futuristic VR racer Bank Limit: Advanced Battle Racing releases on Steam

Tastee Beverage Studios have released their VR combat racer Bank Limit: Advanced Battle Racing on Steam following two years of development.

The futuristic VR racer is compatible with both the Oculus Rift and HTC Vive headsets. We actually had the pleasure of testing the game with the HTC Vive recently, you can view the action and listen to our early thoughts in the gameplay video below.

Bank Limit: Advanced Battle Racing features a total of 20 fast-paced tracks and three battle arenas. The vehicles, referred here as “hyperspeed race cars” are capable of short flight, are equipped with weapons and can exceed speeds of a brain numbing 9000 mph. Weaponry on offer includes missiles and the rather chillingly named “head-aimed lasers” ouch.

The game includes single player and multiplayer modes and the action can get very intense with up to 25 cars on the track at once. The aforementioned battle arenas will see you battling it out against up to three other human players and 100 AI drone ships. Up to four human players can join in cross-platform multiplayer racing, so Rift, Vive and even non-VR PC players will all be able to race and battle together.
