While it feels a tad too early to be watching a "launch trailer" for Forza Horizon considering there's still a month until its actual launch, that's exactly what's been bestowed upon us by Playground Games.
Once again, it's an ensemble of exotic cars driving fast as rave music blares to soak you into the festival atmosphere as you bask in the colourful Colorado landscapes. We already get that Forza Horizon looks preposterously pretty, Playground Games – we don't need any more swooping shots of the beautifully-rendered Colorado to be proven otherwise. Oh…go on then.

Business as usual, then, as no new information can really be gleaned from this latest new video.
Oh, except for one small detail: there's going to be a playable demo, apparently. And it's coming to Xbox Live on October 9th – yes indeed everyone, that's just over one week until you can sample what is one of the most hotly anticipated racing games of the year.
We just hope it's a little more expansive than the disappointingly brief demo that was on show at the Eurogamer Expo last week that abruptly ended after the initial race to the festival, thus leaving little room for exploration. Which is kind of the point of the game, as Playground Games love to remind us of its "open world" setting.
So, October 9th promises to be quite a good day for Forza fans eager to test drive Playground Games' take on the prestigeous license. Don't forget to let us know how you get on with it in the comments, on our Facebook page or on our forum.
