The next update for Forza Horizon 2 on the Xbox One will "address a number of issues" players have raised upon installing the Storm Island expansion pack.
As stated in this forum post by a member of Turn 10's community team, the problems players have had with accessing some parts of the DLC add-on will be one of the main focus points of this forthcoming update.
It was also revealed that, whilst the update is in the process of being certified by Microsoft for release, it's expected to be made available for players to install sometime next week.
Though many issues are expected to be resolved, the cited problems this new patch is expected to address goes as such:
- Car Meets not unlocking resulting in access to Storm Island being blocked.
- Game crashes each time the user booted the game into the Storm Island hub.
- No new events appear after installing Storm Island.
