The very first gameplay trailer for F1 2017 has come to light and features none other than Red Bull Racing's Max Verstappen behind the wheel.
The gameplay actually showcases one of the new additions to the series: alternate layouts. There are four alternate layouts in total to supplement the classic car content, below we can see the short version of the iconic British track of Silverstone ahead of the real-world race at the same location this weekend.
F1 2017 will feature all the drivers, cars and teams from the 2017 Formula 1 world championship, as well as the full roster of 20 circuits (with four additional layouts as mentioned above). Codemasters will continue to expand the career mode with invitational events featuring the classic cars as well as a heavy focus on research and development.
F1 2017 will release on August 25 across the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC platforms. We played F1 2017 at E3 recently, you can view a direct audio video of the upcoming officially licensed Formula 1 title below.
