Codemasters continue to tease this year's upcoming Formula One title with yet another classic car reveal.
The Renault R26, as driven by Fernando Alonso Giancarlo Fisichella, joins the ever-expanding car roaster of F1 2017. We do of course have a car reveal trailer to accompany the announcement, which you can drool over below.
The 2006 Renault R26 joins the previously announced classic cars of the1992 Williams FW14B, 1995 Ferrari 412 T2, 1996 Williams FW18, 2002 Ferrari F2002, 2004 Ferrari F2004, 2007 Ferrari F2007, 2010 Red Bull Racing RB6, and the 1988 McLaren MP4/4.
The R26 managed an impressive tally of 8 wins from 18 races, notching up 7 pole positions along the way. A certain Spanish driver named Fernando Alonso (you may have heard of him) won his second Formula One Championship in this very car, which also saw Renault taking their second Constructors' Championship.
