Codemasters has released F1 2016, the seventh iteration of their long-running official Formula One series, available now for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
With F1 2016 Codemasters are trying their best to return to form after the release of last year's title F1 2015 which in fairness was woefully thin on content. F1 2016 puts its focus on really making you feel like a real Formula One driver with the addition of the very lengthy 10-year career mode.
With ten seasons on offer its perhaps no surprise that F1 2016 should have a more substantial research and development feature where you can turn the back of the grid cars to championship contending monsters should you wish. Other new features are the formation laps, manual starts, 22 player online racing and the title will also include safety and virtual safety cars.
You can view the launch trailer for F1 2016 below, let us know in the comments how you are getting on with the game and we'd love to hear your early impressions too.
