The 2017 season of the Formula One season may have just begun but that's not stopping last year's official Formula One game from Codemasters from being released on additional platforms.
Feral Interactive has today announced that F1 2016 will be made available for Mac on April 6. “It’s been three years since a new F1 game graced the Mac and a lot has happened since then!”, said David Stephen, Managing Director of Feral Interactive. “F1 2016 is a massive step forward for the franchise, greatly improving upon the fastest and most thrilling on-track racing experience in gaming.”
F1 2016 introduced a revamped career mode which allowed players to create their own legend who could take part in as many as 10 seasons of Formula 1 action.
F1 2016 features 22 player online multiplayer, the safety and virtual safety cars, the paddock, key persons from the world of Formula 1 and, of course, all the drivers, teams and circuits from the 2016 season.
F1 2016 for Mac can be purchased on Steam for £39.99, alternatively you can purchase the official F1 title on the Mac App Store for £48.99.
