DriveClub just keeps on getting better and better, as Apex Expansion pack has deployed adding five new cars, including the exquisite Enzo Ferrari.
Other cars in the pack include the Caterham R500 Superlight, Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 Centennial Edition, McLaren 650S Coupe, and Jaguar C-X75 Prototype Edition. A pretty good mix of lightweight track cars, brand new supercars and rare concepts, I think you'll agree. The pack can be picked up for £4.99, unless you're of course a season pass holder. Don't forget to download the free Icona Vulcano too – it's probably the best looking car you've never heard of.
There's also another Tour Pack available to purchase for £1.69 called Sakura featuring events based in the new Japan location, along with two free livery packs.
Like the game itself, it's not been the smoothest of launches, however, as users who purchased and downloaded the pack found that they couldn't access the content. A post on the DriveClub FaceBook page has confirmed the glitch has been fixed and provides instructions for those who experienced the issue:
The EU PlayStation Store technical issues have been resolved and the Apex Pack is now available to download fully.
If you downloaded the Apex Pack in Europe before 08:00 GMT on Jan 29, you need to download the 5 new cars individually from car select in game.
Apologies for the inconvenience this caused, we hope you enjoy racing all of these cars, taking on the new tours events and competing to earn 5 more Trophies.
You can see each new car in all their detailed glory in shots taken from the game's glorious photo mode below.
