We’ve known about the upcoming Project CARS mobile spin-off “Project CARS GO” for some time now yet very little on the racer has come to light even to this day.
Luckily, this is set to change soon. Slightly Mad Studios’ Online Marketing Director Nathan Bell recently took to Twitter to assure patient fans that information on the mobile racing title will be revealed “next month”.
Check out the tweet below.
Update on @ProjectCARSGO. I know you guys are screaming for info. It’s coming next month. You’ll see exactly what all the fuss is about, why it’s bloody awesome – as well as info on our unique control system.

Replying to fan tweets, Bell also reveals that Project CARS GO will have a “fixed unique control system” and teases the system is better than the traditional tilt control system found in many mobile racing games.
A new official Project CARS GO Twitter page has been set up here.
Project CARS GO will be a result of a partnership between Slightly Mad Studios and the Korean mobile game publisher Gameliv, and aims to “deliver an authentic and fun driving experience on mobile”.
The title is expected to feature “a number of licensed cars” and “extensive customisation options” – the latter not yet seen in a Project CARS title.
We’ll have more on Project CARS GO soon.
